Migration trends affecting to the life of women

Today the problem of migration is urgent. The departure of men seriously complicates the relationship between spouses, which leads to stress, mainly among women, and even to the breakdown of families. The emerging emotional alienation, the large distance between spouses, the difficult economic situation in which the family finds itself, and betrayal - all this becomes the basis for divorce.
In this regard, a meeting was held in Bobojon Gafurov region, in the Isfisor jamoat to inform the population, especially women.
Employees of the women's resource center, together with the population, discussed the topic “Migration trends affecting to the life of women”. This event was attended by women whose relatives are labor migrants.Project specialists spoke about migration trends that affect family life.
The participants actively discussed personal problems and asked questions to the project lawyer.
The informational meeting was useful for the residents of this jamoat, as most women do not know their rights.
This event is held by PO "ASTI" with the support of the OSCE Office in Dushanbe
