Special features of our activity in research area are the following: - High urgency and demand the themes of research, developed in cooperation with other programs - Attraction of highly qualified specialists in conducting research - In research activity the main emphasis made to the qualitative factors - Special attention was paid to modern analytical methods - The most significant researches had published in English - Special emphasis had made to spreading of received scientific information to all stakeholders : authorities (deputies of all levels), employees of government bodies, representatives of target groups, local and international NGOs - Separate aspects of researches were presented in seminars and conferences in Almaty, Bishkek, Osh, Dushanbe
