Consultation on Jamoat Level
Consultation on Jamoat level for older citizens on rights and benefits provided by lawyers and experts on social protection, health care and agriculture.
8 mobile consultations have conducted in 4 target Jamoats of Asht DC - Shaydon, Kirk-Kuduk, Oshoba, Kamysh-Kurgon, on social protection for older citizens, people with special needs and participants of the Second World War. There were consulted 113 older citizens, from them 65 women. Older citizens are very interested on issues in this area and they received answers to their questions. This consultation was carried out using a mobile method , i.e. the consultants visited the shut-in people with special needs and older citizens at home, which is very welcomed by older citizens. It may be noted that conductance of free consultations were very useful, because older citizens noted that they are interest and need such kind of consultations and can not afford to pay the consultation fee and travel expenses.
8 mobile consultations have conducted in 4 target Jamoats of Asht DC - Shaydon, Kirk-Kuduk, Oshoba, Kamysh-Kurgon, on the health care system among older citizens, disabled persons and participants of the Second World War. There were consulted 134 older citizens 80 from which were women. The most interested questions of older citizens were the following:
- Are there benefits for people with special needs, if yes what are?
- Where must apply for registration of disability?
- Recommendations for the most common disease among senior citizens.
8 mobile consultations have conducted in 4 target Jamoats of Asht DC - Shaydon, Kirk-Kuduk, Oshoba, Kamysh-Kurgon, on agriculture issues among older citizens, disabled persons and participants of the Second World War. 83 older citizens were consulted, 20 of them women. The most interesting questions of senior citizens were the following:
- How to obtain a certificate of land
- Where can buy chemicals for pest control
- Where can ask for a loan
- What benefits are provided by the state to dekhan farm
- where to apply to form a dekhkan farm
- Who determines the allocation of land.
problems:
- shortage of field water, which leads to dry fruit trees.
- shortage of equipment for plowing the land.
At this stage of the project activities are carried out mobile consultation in 4 target Jamoats on jurisprudence.
