CARITAS Germany celebrated 1st of June – the International Day for Protection of Children

CARITAS Germany celebrated 1st of June – the International Day for Protection of Children by organizing a charity event in Ayni district which mainly included photo exhibition of CARITAS implemented projects beneficiaries, display of people’s handicrafts, different games and cultural activities for children’s mental, emotional and physical development, and a concert program.

The poems and songs, dances and shows performed by children during the concert program mainly covered the topics of patriotism, mothers’ love, peace and friendship, people’s handicrafts and community based rehabilitation for children with disabilities.

Inclusion of children with disabilities in society was the main goal of the event, which was attended by more than 500 people.

In the framework of the project “Peace begins with us” agreed with working plan, the 11th of December, 2015 year was conducted meeting with representatives of local authorities of B.Gafurov district with youth of Khistevarz, B.Gafurov district.
