Women's Club Rushnoi

Members of the Women's Club Rushnoi, numbering 9 people at present time accept us in a room where the recently passed repair decorated products. 

They sewed till the creation of the Club, mostly for themselves and manually and now started to use a sewing machine. Dilbar Shokirov, the leader of the club, very happy that women do not have as long as any professional skills and learned something. Members of the club are primarily a homemaker, thanks to the Club. They realized that working together will yield them a profit. The hostess, who takes us, stresses that can count on her husband: "My husband says - you have a good profession to teach others the case."

All women live in the same village, know each other and everyone wanted to work with each other. Every ten days a woman meet and discuss what is still lacking in the Club's activities, it is necessary to acquire what else to do. Now they want to, they were joined in ten people (one woman left the club) - think about how to invite the club one of the girls studying sewing.

Within ten sewing courses held in the framework of the project, implemented this year, participated Bargigul Mirzoeva - Member in charge of the maintenance of financial records, and Zarnigor Salaieva. After completion of the course they were free sewing classes for the rest of the club members (including Sanchagul Mirzolievoy, Mahbuba Nurmatova) extending 5 days. From each of the following student women intend to charge a fee of $ 100 per month doubtful study (5 hours per day). One of the members of the club shows we made a Karama - overlay of fragments of material. She also sews aprons, kurpacha, small blankets for children. After completion of the five-day courses sewing she thought that sew its products to become competitive. And so it came up with the Karama.

Thanks to the project that implemented this year, the Club bought a sewing machine Yamato and two sewing machines such as Seagull. Women received an order from a local school for the manufacture of molds for students participating in the classroom for the defense system. Advertising engaged son mistress. Women are planning to make 13 forms for boys under the age of 15 years. Price of the service - it is 40 TJS (only sewed, my parents bought stuff). Of each form three TJS women pass on the fund of the Club.

First fund developed only through the contribution of members of the Club (10 Somoni per member). For these funds women bought material for dresses and pillowcases. In the wedding season, these products are particularly in demand. In addition, the owner has taken over one month in loans from the fund of the Club in the amount of 100 TJS (after the first month, it must give 105 TJS).

For club members the interesting thing was the experience of the club from the north of Tajikistan. Especially important thing to them was how the displayed data Club can make a profit, but from concrete practical things, how to use a sewing machine Super Yamato, how to use a sewing machine to finish tablecloths and how to confectionery.

Very popular consultations organized within the framework of this project. In them, except for members of the Club, was attended by 10-15 people. Particularly important were the medical consultations, as well as legal. Women emphasize that due consultation, they understand what rights are. There were a lot of questions about divorce, alimony and division of property - Advice given the opportunity to solve many everyday problems.
