Meetings are held in Asht and Kanibadam districts
Meetings are held in Asht and Kanibadam districts in order to familiarize adolescents and youth with the innovative program "UPSHIFT" to develop modern knowledge and skills. The event was held at secondary schools, where the mentors introduced to students of senior grades the goals and activities of the program. At the end of the meeting, questionnaires and handouts were given to students, in order they could have a chance of participating in "UPSHIFT" study.
This event is conducted by PO "ASTI" within the framework of the "UPSHIFT" program with the support of UNICEF in Tajikistan.

Program Research and Advocacy of ASTI implemented since 2003. During this time, the program performed a series of studies aimed at examining the issues of poverty and the effectiveness of development programs, and the results of these studies later became the basis of project activities. Component Advocacy Program began to implement since 2006, when ASTI realized the need to impact on macro-level to strengthen the voice and role of civil society in reducing poverty in the country.

On February 1, 2022 PO ASTI carried out the informational session with attendance of the policemen in B. Gafurov district, Soghd oblast within the framework of the project “To build the capacity and increase the gender sensitivity of Judges, Police Officers and state legal aid lawyers for more effective investigation, prosecution and adjudication of SGBV related cases".
