The second and third professional advice, Rahmatboeva D.

The second and third professional advice Rahmatboeva D. for women in the Khatlon region, with the aim of providing recommendations and practical proposals for the development and improvement of the quality of products, and it took place for the club Istiklol in October, 2015.

At the meeting, women presented the works created by hands of skilled workers of the club, they have shown their works in various media: kurokduzi (patchwork), gulduzi (Embroidery) and garments. Women expressed a desire to learn to sew their own uniforms, since the clothes that do not offer to buy very good quality, and some of them cannot afford. Questions were raised such as workplace design, commissioning of equipment, processing technology nodes details of clothing, practical work on shortening trousers; extension and reduction of the classic men's trousers at the waist; design, cut and collect school skirt; men's vest; snapping drawing, cutting and collecting on pillowcases valid standards (GOST), work with the magazine "BURDA". It is encouraging that the second visit club women sewed patterned decorative pillowcases; clutches lined and transformed the old embroidered linens new interior decorative pillow cases. Of course, again, it was the emphasis on the quality of manufactured products. Comments were made to resolve the problems.

In addition, the meetings touched on the purchase of raw materials and product quality, and design new forms of handicraft production and marketing of finished products.

The difficulties women have noted the absence of equipment such as tables and chairs, iron and ironing board. Project staff has outlined steps to finding the funds to buy the requested equipment

Community Initiatives - the key to the development of the Tajik village

Public organization "Association of Scientific and Technical Intelligents of Tajikistan" in partnership with the Foundation for Education for Democracy (Poland) and the NGO "Khamroz" in February 2015 in the Khatlon region of Tajikistan.
