Meeting on “Development of cooperation between producers and processors of fruits and vegetables”

Today is 23 of April, 2014 a meeting on the topic “Development of cooperation between producers and processors of fruits and vegetables of Ferghana Valley and trading companies from Kazakhstan and Russia” has started in the resort “Aurora”, village Komsomol of Issyk-Kul region. 
The event is organized by a group of Central Asian organizations in cooperation with the Austrian international organization Hilfswerk Austria International under the project Economic Development in Central Asia through promotion of BIOs and SMEs in the food processing sector” (EcoDev) funded by the European Union program "Central Asia - Invest III".
The purpose of the meeting - development of a joint action plan for the supply of fresh and processed products from the Ferghana Valley (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) to the markets of Kazakhstan and Russia.
The working meeting is attended by the heads, the owners, exporters, directors (decision makers) of processing and trading companies from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan, and representatives of several development projects and the Association of Food Industry of Kyrgyzstan.

Gafurov, Khujand, Jabor Rasulov and Guliston on providing victims of violence with legal concealing within the framework of the project “To build the capacity and increase the gender sensitivity of Judges, Police Officers and state legal aid lawyers for more effective investigation, prosecution and adjudication of SGBV related cases".
