Start of the project "Public initiatives key to the development of the Tajik village," the village "Komsomol" J. "Zargar" Bohtar region

08.02.2015 in the village of "Komsomol" launched the project for the mahalla committees "Public initiatives key to the development of the Tajik village" funded by the solidarity of Poland. The project on the survey and identifying problems by PRA, the population of the village, "Komsomol" have decided to construct a building, which will be a pharmacy, shop, sewing workshop. According to chairman of mahalla committee Kosimov Bakhor village "Komsomol" no pharmacy where villagers could buy medicines for emergencies, as well as sewing workshop for women. Businessman sat Nazhmidinov F. committed itself to make a significant contribution to the construction of this building. Chairman of the mahalla committee, together with members of the mahalla committee in cooperation with the Women's Club "Istiqlol" organized work on the construction of the building.

Pandemic as a cause of the increase of domestic violence

The spread of COVID-19 in Tajikistan particularly in the Sughd region, has led to an increase in the number of cases related to domestic violence.
