Memorandums of cooperation

In the framework of the project “Peace begins with us” which is implementing by PO ASTI under the support of UNICEF, in the 2nd of October in the conference hall of Hukumat of Isfara city and in the 6th of October in the conference hall of Gafurov city were held the district meeting with participating representatives of Executive organs of state authority of Isfara city and B.Gafurov district, Department of youth affairs, sports and tourism of Isfara city and B.Gafurov district, Department of minor affairs DMIA of Isfara city and B.Gafurov district, Department of Migration affairs and the employment center of population, representative of Jamoats and Mahalla committees, and also local Mass media.

The main purpose of the meeting was informing about the beginning of the project, making a partnership with stakeholders with purpose of coordination and implementation of the project, also capacity of selection criteria of potential participants – target group of the project and receive recommendations on defining additional stakeholders and effective implementation of the project. This meeting was very important for presentation of the project and making a partnership with stakeholders in oriented districts.

In the discussion of selection criteria of young people, Hamroeva G. chief department on women affairs and family of Isfara city approved the suggested to regional meeting criteria and confirmed her promotion on selecting girls, in particular she mentioned about importance of attracting young divorced women and girls who has no secondary education.

On based result of the meeting between PO ASTI in the framework of the project and Hukumat of B.Gafurov district and Isfara city were signed Memorandums of cooperation.

Come on, girls!

On April 28, an event called “Come on, girls!” took place at the school No. 24 in Khojai Alo village of Isfara town with the participation of girls from neighboring countries. The initiators of the event greeted the guests with Kyrgyz songs and dances as a symbol of lasting friendship of Tajiks and Kyrgyz.
