Program Research and Advocacy

Program Research and Advocacy of ASTI implemented since 2003. During this time, the program performed a series of studies aimed at examining the issues of poverty and the effectiveness of development programs, and the results of these studies later became the basis of project activities. Component Advocacy Program began to implement since 2006, when ASTI realized the need to impact on macro-level to strengthen the voice and role of civil society in reducing poverty in the country.

Currently, the Program Research and Advocacy is focused on promoting civil society participation in monitoring the implementation of development programs; Asses the effectiveness of existing programs and projects; Develop and conduct information campaigns to raise public awareness through the study on poverty and development.

On February 8-9, 2022 PO ASTI carried out two-day workshop for the state lawers and advocates of Dushanbe, Rudaki, Gisar and Vahdat districts on providing victims of violence with legal concealing within the framework of the project “To build the capacity and increase the gender sensitivity of Judges, Police Officers and state legal aid lawyers for more effective investigation, prosecution and adjudication of SGBV related cases".

Семинар для представителей среднего состава правоохранительных органов

В рамках проекта Безопасность сообществ в Ферганской Долине, реализуемого ОО АНТИ (РТ) совместно с МО Saferworld (Великобритания), ОФ Фонд за международную толерантность (КР) и ОО Молодежные инициативы развития (РТ), 4 июня 2014 года в г. Бишкеке КР был организован семинар для представителей среднего состава правоохранительных органов (замначальники УВД и РОВД) целевых сообществ Исфаринского, Аштского, Дж.Расуловского районов РТ и Баткенской, Ошской и Джалалабадской областей КР по обмену опытом по вопросам решения проблем безопасности в сотрудничестве с населением.
