Meeting of local authorities representatives of B.Gafurov district with youth

In the framework of the project "Peace begins with us," according to the working plan, on November 11, 2015 was held meeting of local authorities’ representatives with youth in Jamoat Ovchi-Kalacha of B.Gafurov district. The meeting was attended by representatives of various departments of local executive power bodies, chairman of Jamoat Ovchi-Kalcha and 40 children from the target group of the project. This meeting was designed to improve communication between young people and local authorities, so that young people could freely ask questions and get answers that was able to talk about the existing problems and find solutions.

On April 28, an event called “Come on, girls!” took place at the school No. 24 in Khojai Alo village of Isfara town with the participation of girls from neighboring countries. The initiators of the event greeted the guests with Kyrgyz songs and dances as a symbol of lasting friendship of Tajiks and Kyrgyz.

The greatest of the urafa and ulama, leaders and personalities, whose strength and power are embodied in the world, were born of a woman and raised in her womb, ”said the staff of the PO “ASTI ". The seminar was held on October 12, 2021 in the secondary school №36, Isfisor jamoat, Bobojon Gafurov district on the topic "The status of women in society." The purpose of this seminar is to raise awareness of youth and adolescents about the role of women in modern life. During the workshop, project facilitators conducted interactive group work and games with participants. Participants actively participated and learned and discussed the role of women in today's society, women-mothers, women's education.
This event is held by PO "ASTI" in the framework of the project "Women's Resource Center" with the support of the OSCE Program Office in Dushanbe.
