An information meeting on the topic “Prevention of domestic violence” was held in the Tuti Kalon and Chorcharog mahallas of the city of Khujand. The facilitator of the project provided information on the meaning of the violence, types of violence, causes and consequences of domestic violence and its prevention for the population of these mahallas. To consolidate the topic, the participants discussed real stories with local population. At the end of the event, local activists offered useful recommendations.
