Program of exchange visits
Under the project “Power of women in women's clubs. Transfer of experience from the north to the south of Tajikistan” the program of exchange visits began for 12 women of women’s clubs of Khatlon region. Accompanied by Malika Boymuradova from PO ASTI and Gulnora Suvonkulova from PO Hamroz women from Khatlon region came to Sughd region to share experiences with women's clubs Navbahor, Kunduz, Momo and Faiz of Asht district, as well as with clubs Firuza and Oyzoda of B. Gafurov district.
On the first day of the visit women visited two women’s clubs “Navbahor” and “Nargis”. Women’s club Navbakhor opened “Center of professional development”, which trains young women. Besides of some sewing machines, club has two machines for patterns and one for computer embroidery. During a visit to the club women saw how women work in the shop, and learned how to operate sewing shop. Also women got information about the mechanism of lending. Women of Khatlon loved hospitality and activity of Asht women.
