Summing up the project - Round table in Dushanbe

On June 22, 2022 in the city of Dushanbe of PO "ANTI" in cooperation with the Committee on Women and Family Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan held a round table, uniting more than 40 representatives of counteracting violence in the Republic of Tajikistan, including partners and executors of the project within the framework the Initiative "Spotlight". The key goal of the event was to summarize the results of the project activities and the development of proposals to strengthen the work of law enforcement and judicial authorities, as well as state lawyers and advocates for the provision of legal assistance to persons affected by sexual and gender violence. State lawyers, advocates, representatives of the authorities of target regions of the project, including G. Dushanbe, Gisar, Rudaki, Bokhtar, Vose, Yovon, Khujand, Isfara and B. Gafurov were invited to the round table.
The project is part of the Spotlight Initiative, which aims to end all forms of violence against women and girls by 2030, as part of a multi-year global partnership between the European Union and the United Nations.
