The Basis of Conflictology and Tolerance

In the framework of the project "Peace begins with us," according to the working plan, on October 12-13, 2015 and on October 23-24 were held seminars in B. Gafurov and Isfara districts on "The Basis of Conflictology and Tolerance." The target group of the seminar was employees of various departments of B. Gafurov and Isfara districts local authorities. This seminar was intended to form the participants’ skills of conflict resolution and conflict management to master of technology. The seminar was held at a high level by professional trainers with a long year of training and teaching experience, Boymuradova M.S. and Giyasov H.I. 40 participants on the results of this workshop have mastered the technique of management and conflict resolution, and were awarded certificates.
