TOT for teachers of target schools on the theme “Healthy Lifestyle”
Within the framework of the project “Peace and cooperation begins with us”, from 6thto 9th of February, 2017 the second cycle+ of trainings were carried out for teachers of 16 target schools of jamoats of B. Gafurov district and Isfara town on the theme “Healthy Lifestyle”, where the participants had the opportunity to acquire skills of conducting trainings with the use of interactive teaching methods. The training was held in Guliston town, in the Training Center of the National Bank of Tajikistan. The objectives of the training were:

Formation of trainer's competencies and the development of training skills and conducting training by the participants of training programs;

Formation of trainer's competencies in designing and conducting training: models, structures, games, exercises, etc.;

Development of trainer's competences in support of training activity in the company: identification of training needs, assessment of participants’ potential, drawing up a report on the training, etc.;

Development of necessary qualities of an effective trainer and setting individual goals of further professional development;

Obtaining experience of self-management of trainings and professional feedback (supervision) by participants of training program from experts and colleagues;
Teachers will pass on the obtained knowledge about a healthy life style in the extra-curricular activities to school students.
