From the story of Martina Kviatkovska, the coordinator of the project FED

Meeting with women of club Rushnoi was held in the house of one of the members of this club Zarnigor Sayalievoy. Ms. Zarnigor allocated two rooms in the house for the club. Her family does not have anything against it, and keeps it in active operation. Although Zarnigor works in a small shop, which has a lot of orders, she is the leadership of the club. Most residents bought festive costumes, mostly for holidays such as Ramadan (the holy month, which is written in the Qur'an), and Eid al-Adha (the most important festivals of the Muslim calendar). In the spring, ladies have received many orders for traditional costumes, and in the summer of thin material short men's shirts. The new production in the club is Karam. This production is producing by Basvi Nurmatova. Ms. Basvi loves to sew, although she stresses that it takes a long time. Stitch one of demands for dowry, it took two weeks.

7 months ago Narziev Mirzoalieva became a member of the club. Zarnigor Salieva called to work at the club her neighbor Narziya. In the work she often helps her sons. Although she is old, but she is very energetic in the Club's activities. Bargigul Mirzoev - deputy leader of the Book Club - well-known in the village beautiful traditional embroidery. When a young girl gets married, she must have a dowry, which consists in particular of bags, costumes, Suzanne - all this must be embroidered patterns of Tajik. The subtlety of her work also noticed Ms. Dilrabo Rahmatboeva - seamstress and clothing designer, working in Dushanbe, twice held a consultation in women’s club Rushnoi. Ms. Dilrabo and Bargigul invited to participate in the project. Participants of the project will be 100 women from all over Tajikistan. The course was held in the city of Kurgan-Tube and lasted from 16 to 21 November. Course participants received certificates and now, as a coach, may hold paid courses for girls, or pass on their knowledge to colleagues from the club. As part of these consultations, Dilrabo advised women how to select a range of fabrics and colors, how to raise the quality of products. Consultant brought a Burda magazine. Ladies practice cutting method according to the patterns from magazines. They chose women's jackets for their work. In the beginning, it was pretty hard for them, but because of their perseverance and patience, Dilrabo and her team was able to properly cut the material. The result is an elegant jacket made of cloth with an attractive form.
