Club Akhtaron: It is pleasure to feel that women also have right for choose and can stay with themselves.

The club Akhtaron which is working in the village of Proletarsk. The leader of this club is Sitora Abdurakhmonova, her assistant is Gulchahon Shamsova. There are 9 members in this club who meet at least one time for a week and try to work together. Then they say that you have done in recent years and decide what they will do and where they can sell their production. The production of Club Akhtaron is very wide: women sew gloves, pillow cases, bags, traditional Tajik women's clothes and "Karamu" (blanket, cover fragments of material). All products are beautifully embroidered and popular not only in Proletarsk village, but also in neighborhood towns. The main issue about "Starting a Business, Planning activities" caused a great revival. Budget planning for the whole year was interesting, but also quite difficult. The club members don’t worry about accounting and documentation. Willingly showed us the new book, in which they have carefully all the costs, revenues and profits. As it turned out, significant funds - At the box office of the club 600 somoni (about $ 100), Twice it in products that are being prepared for sale.

Participation of 3 representatives of the club at the seminars under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and the standards of doing business was a breakthrough for women. Teacher, Kiemidin Negmatov spoke not only about the rights of entrepreneurs, but also for women. Understanding these powers and privileges of the improved activity of the Club and its members feel more confident knowing that they are protected by law. Participation in the one-day Regional Forum "Business Women Club", which was held on 04.23.2015. In Kurgan-Tube was the club Akhtaron important event for several reasons. One of them had the opportunity to meet with members of other clubs, their production, exchange ideas and advices. It was important to establish contact and cooperation with the representatives of Mahalla committee of Proletarsk village. Ladies also met with a representative of jamoat, who were interested in the work of the club. Ms. Sitora Abdurakhmonova recalls how she was proud of the achievements of the club at the time of its submission to the guest. It was a pleasure I feel that women too have the right to vote and can cope for themselves.
