On March 2nd, 2020 the first day of training has started in the “Innovation Lab” of B. Gafurov district for mentors from Konibodom, Asht, Isfara and Khujand, as well as for teachers of Centers for Additional Education. The purpose of this training is to introduce the goals and activities of the "UPSHIFT" program to participants. They will get closer into the methods of the program during 3 days.
This event is conducted by PO "ASTI" within the framework of the "UPSHIFT" program with the support of UNICEF in Tajikistan.

The aim of the training was to increase the capacity of high school students on the development of ideas and preparation of small-scale projects. To achieve these goals the trainers set tasks to acquaint the participants with the peculiarities of the development of project ideas, develop skills to identify problems and their causes and to educate teens planning skills - the path from problem to solution.
