Playing group for children with disabilities was held in the room of Mother and child in Anzob village

Within the framework of the project on “Supporting civil society in applying Community Based Rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Ayni district”, which is funded by the European Union and Caritas Germany weekly meeting of Playing group for children with disabilities was held in the room of Mother and child in Anzob village.

It became a habit for children the participants of Playing group to come on Saturdays to Mother and child room in Anzob village, where animator Makhfuza Yorova conducts with them various developing games and exercises. Makhfuza gathered in this group both the children with disabilities and without. Children play together that helps to disabled children to be socialized in children environment.

On this Saturday animators from jamoats Dar-Dar and Shurmashk came to Makhfuza in order to exchange of experience. Makhfuza shared with them her ideas how to use improvised material to create playing and developing materials, told what activity she conducted with every child.

Shukrullo, who has cerebral spastic infantile paralysis and developmental lag, and his father has been bringing him for a month from Marzich that is more than 10 km far from Anzob.  At the first time the boy cried and conducted himself aggressive. Thanks to playing group activities he became more calm, to the best of his ability does the exercises and plays with the children.

The Playing group works within the framework of the project on “Supporting civil society in applying Community Based Rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Ayni district”, which is funded by the European Union and Caritas Germany and implemented with support of Local Government Authority of Ayni district and in close partnership with public organizations “ASTI” and “DARO”.
