Business Planning

Continuing training on opening business PO “ASTI” within the project "Poverty alleviation in Tajikistan through education and non-formal training" organized a three-day seminar on "Business Planning". The participants of the seminar were students of short term courses of target vocational schools. The seminar was held in Dushanbe and Khujand towns from the 6th till the 8th of December, 2010.

During the seminar the participants got information about what is market, types of markets, entrepreneur, entrepreneurship, marketing, correct formation of purpose (follow the criteria SMART), SWOT-analysis, what is "Business Plan", the need to write it, structure and procedure of its drafting. Also each chapter of the business plan drafting were reviewed in full.

During three days of the seminar all sections of the "business plan" were reviewed, also were given situations, were given tasks to write an example of business plan and according to the chosen type of activity the aim, income and expenses, weaknesses and threats that affect the conduct of activities were reviewed.

A seminar on "Marketing - analysis of the market" and "Choosing the right loan” for students of short term courses of Sughd region will held in Khujand on 14 - 18.12.2010y. in the office of PO “ASTI”, and for students of short term courses of Khatlon region the seminar will take place Dushanbe, conference hall "Poytaht from 16 to - 20.2010e.
